Registration Policy

To ensure publication and presentation of a paper, at least one author must register and pay the required fees before the camera-ready submission deadline.

Page Limit: The maximum paper length is six (6) pages. Up to two additional pages may be purchased at an extra fee per page.

Discount for PhD Students: PhD students from North African countries qualify for a €50 discount, payable in cash. A scanned copy of the official document must be emailed to SSGP in advance. Verification will occur prior to conference opening; no documents will be accepted at the registration desk.
