AI and Its Applications in Hybrid Energy Systems : practical case studies using Python
Part I : General Introduction
S1: Introduction to Artificial Intelligence: Fundamentals and how intelligent programs work in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
S2: Applications of AI in hybrid renewable energy systems.
Part II : Introduction to Python Programming
S1: First steps with the Python environment, including simple programming examples and an overview of libraries.
S2: Data analysis with Python: reading and processing a DataFrame, and the steps of a Machine Learning project.
Part III : Application – Prediction
S1: Reading a DataFrame (database) and preparing it for training a Machine Learning model.
S2: Creating and training a Machine Learning model to predict renewable energy production. Model verification and testing using various accuracy metrics (R², MAE, MSE, RMSE…), with presentation of the results
